An upsell & cross-sell funnel offer uses conditional logic to strategically que offers based on the customers response to the previous offer.

For example, if a customer says no to the first upsell, you make a second offer for a cheaper upsell product. But if they yes, you can still make yet another offer for one or more products. But don’t worry, it won’t be intrusive. If your second upsell is turned down, shoppers are presented just one more offer before continuing with the shopping experience.
